Qualifications

Become an Assistant Manager in Regal Westview and monitor and manage the theatre and its employees in order to promote an outstanding guest experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be active in attendance and follow theatre policies.
  • Recruit, train, coach and supervise members of staff.
  • Install and operate projection and audio-visual devices, as well as, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Manage guest satisfaction and ensure safety, risk management and emergencies.
  • Take care of the money matters like counting and reconciling the receipts.
  • Be involved in the process of hiring, scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary measures, also under the management supervision.
  • Take inventory and control supplies and inventory costs.
  • In charge of theatre upkeep and repairs.
  • Organize marketing and film scheduling operations.
  • Obtain necessary training, and certifications, such as alcohol service.
