Vanna White Marries Longtime Love John Donaldson in Surprise Wedding: ‘Wanted to Make It Official
Vanna White and her long time lover, John Donaldson are married.
The most famous turner of letters in the beloved Wheel of Fortune, wrote about the news on Wednesday on Instagram.
White posted a sequence of photos of her and Donaldson together with one post of her being carried by Donaldson in a white dress.
“Surprise! We got married! [?],” In the caption of the post, White wrote. These are the words of John and I that we have known each other more than twelve years and a bit and we have decided to get wedded in a small ceremony.
She said, we are pleased to share this new happy period in our lives with you!

White gave an interview in 2019 People and disclosed her relationship with Donaldson, the founder of JDC Construction + Development Group, and said that they are together 12 years. When questioned whether she and he should make their relationship official, she replied, do we need to get married. No, due to the comfort we have in the relationship. You know what I mean? I know that he’s the one. He knows I’m the one.”
She contributed to the fact that she loves him because they are very alike.
“We get along so well. He is nonchalant, and he allows me to be myself, and I allow him to be himself, she said.
This is the second marriage of White. She once was married to George Santo Pietro between 1990 and 2002.
She has two children with Pietro namely Nicholas Santo Pietro and Giovanna Santo Pietro.
