The Opportunity

The
Part-time Retail Associate
Performs assigned management work which can include but is not limited to stocking and managing a store area, carry-out services and store cleaning.

The following includes: Other responsibilities may occur or be owned

• Operate and maintain a store section as assigned and stock merchandise using proper equipment (excluding power/heavy equipment)
• Ensures merchandise is priced correctly, scans product date tags to validate appropriate rotation, stocks shelves, end displays, floor stacks, product displays and refrigerated and frozen cases.
• Packages perishable goods when they are required
• Installs advertising/promotional stands
• Sweeps and ensures sanitation levels are maintained in all interior and exterior parts of store and parking lot as instructed by store management
• Provide customers with knowledgeable assistance, efficient and effective service at an acceptable level of personal warmth and attention
• Upon request, lifts customer purchases to the customer vehicles
• Performes simple bookkeeping tasks, such as recording lost/damaged goods and supplies that are stored in the store
