Scholarships are renewable on an annual basis and may continue for up to a maximum of eight consecutive regular academic year semesters of undergraduate study, conditional on students continuing to meet high standards of personal and academic excellence and have achieved the post-secondary requirements of the program (conditions provided upon acceptance).

Eligibility:

Candidates must be candidates to undergraduate programs in the Bachelors degree at Emory University. The scholar programs can be offered to every student, irrespective of his/her citizenship.

Applications have now closed

To be eligible to apply to any and all scholar programs, you must submit a selection of 1 of the 3 admission decision plan (Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision) as well as all required application materials no later than 15 November of the current year to Fall entry of the following year. Applicants using Early Decision I are required to apply by 1 November. Also, on your application, you would be asked, “Do you want to be considered merit scholarships?,” to which you would need to respond yes.

No further nominating forms or essays, or other materials are needed to be considered. The applicants are not required to be nominated by high school counselors.
