Qualifications
- Packaging systems maintenance experience will be preferred.
- Experience with conveyor, drives and motors, printers and label applicators.
- Ability to ensure the maintenance of production equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Avoid workplace accidents and carry out maintenance successfully in short periods.
- Be able to offer technical support to other personnel.

Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
Safety
- Read and know the Crescent Safety Playbook- Doing it Safe
- Having a safe workplace is ensured
- Take part in the Safety Observation process
- Perform maintenance duties in-time and as scheduled accordingly
- Certify all equipment is safe in operation
- Make sure maintenance work is in a safe manner being carried out
Be sure that their work space is clean and organized, and hold themselves to a high standard and live the motto of, leave areas better than you find them. - Continually identify and eliminate sources of risk introduced by our equipment and equipment placement
People
- Offer technical skills and troubleshooting skills
- Assist in training of all other staff at Crescent (FLOs, Line Leaders, Machine Operators) who will come into contact with or use equipment
- Respect the People and be communicate in a formal way
- Capable of accepting authority direction and delegation of leaders
- Empower People to have a sense of ownership and develop relationships with other Key Crescent People
Productivity
- Find novel applications of technology and equipment that offer Crescent and customers flexibility and enhanced productivity
- Participate in setups and make sure they are correct, safe and on time
- Finish all PM in schedule
- Identify and devise Continuous improvement concepts
- Communicate problems and receptive opportunities to the Maintenance Leader
Quality
- Check that all equipment is running in a quality producing manner
- Communicate where there is a suspected quality problems to the right person
- Be involved in root causes analysis on quality matters as well as the development of corrective actions
- Consult with Quality leader and Ops leadership on all new builds to ensure maintain quality at the source design
Customer Value
- Ensure that all mandatory PMs are completed Crescent and Customer owned assets
- Support real time on customer trials, samples and visits
Financial
- Capable of specifying, sourcing and selecting cost effective equipment, spares and services
- Good judgment on repair/replacement of parts and equipment
- Support a personal level of productivity

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Experience in equipment maintenance of between 3 – 5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in maintenance packaging systems.
- Conveyor
- The drives and motors are the contactless internal units of a transformer that uses mutual inductance.
- Printing and Label applicators
- Troubleshooting
